Return and Cancellation Policy

At Silverline Foundation, we are committed to supporting charitable causes. Please review the following guidelines regarding donations made through our platform:

1. No Refund or Cancellation:
   Donations made to Silverline Foundation through the online payment gateway are non-refundable. Once a donation is made, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

2. In-Kind Support:
   If any donor provides in-kind support, such as materials or supplies, these will be used to benefit the poorest and most vulnerable communities.

3. Final Use of Donations:
   All donations are used exclusively for community development, child education, women’s empowerment, and other charitable initiatives supported by Silverline Foundation. Once received, donations are final and cannot be redirected or returned.

4. Exceptional Circumstances:
   If there are any exceptional circumstances regarding your donation, you may contact us at silverlinefoundation.delhi@gmail.com, and we will review the case. However, refunds are generally not possible.
